Spiritual Awakening To Become Authentically You

The Secret to business success is the spiritual awakening that enlivens your intuition and self belief so your audience can see the authentic you.

In a world that is so unfamiliar to us all when we look back even just 2 years, I want to share with you …. a story of hope.

Sometimes, you have to let go of things in order to move forward, and this is what I want to share.

So, grab a tea or coffee and sit in a quiet space as I share with you ….

Because I want to inspire you and give you hope….

You’ve heard the saying “as one door closes, another one opens” (lol especially if you have kids because as soon as you yell out ‘close the bloody door’ sure enough one of the kids win open another)

“As one door closes, another one opens” is one of the most powerful beliefs that you can have.

It’s hope.

It’s hope that your life can change, that the world can change.

And right now, we ALL need doors to close so we can open up new doors, new chapters in our lives that open up to the life we want instead of the life that currently has many people stuck in fear.

As my own spiritual awakening is happening, I’ve felt this overwhelming desire, a desperate need to clear out the old to make way for the new.

So, as we look to create change in our physical environment at home, we have been clearing out the garage and I came across 2 boxes…

Box 1 was negative energy.

Box 2 had great memories and a positive energy from past success.

Now I want you to hang in with me on this because yesterday was all about cleansing and universal signs letting me know that I was not only on the right path, that I was being supported by beautiful women around me who’s soul purpose is to help and guide others too.

I’ve been awakening to that need to listen to and follow my own intuition, because when I have, it has always led me to a greater place.

Cleansing Bad Juju

You know instinctively that holding onto things and people who bring you down or have negative energy will ultimately hold you back from the life you deserve.

That energy is a heavy weight that creates lethargy and slowly sucks the light from your soul. Like the dementors in Harry Potter.

Well box 1 was that negative energy for me.

It was all the email conversations and legal documents for my divorce.

For some warped reason I thought that hanging onto it would allow me to show my boys what really happened and the conversations that took place.

What I realised was, that in the settlement where I received less financially, that this had been the story in my life, and it was holding me back.

I was holding onto that negativity and resentment that I felt because I’d worked so hard, and I felt that I had lost out.

Although in a financial sense that was the case, I actually stepped into abundance because I now have a beautiful life and home filled with people I love and the only want I have is for peace and love in this world.

Power of Fire

So yesterday morning I woke early, and thankfully the wind gods had calmed so I could burn every piece of paper from the boxes.

I noted with interest, instead of the words being a blur as I put them into the fire, there were definitely milestone events that jumped out of the page and stirred up emotions that I no longer wanted to feel.

I wanted these events to no longer have a hold over me, not my thoughts, not my beliefs, and not my life.

So I took off my shoes and socks, buried my feet in the sand, turned over the pages so I could no longer see the words, and lifted my face to the sun …. releasing thoughts and memories and reconnected to my soul.

It felt so empowering.

I felt nurtured and supported by the energy and release.

Connection with family

With a lighter heart, we then as a family wandered to the local farmers market for brunch where I met new people and chatted with familiar faces, drank coffee and ate the yummiest roast duck spring rolls.

This has become a weekly ritual and bring so much joy.

On our return home, I turned my attention to Box 2 which signified the start of my awakening back in 2008.

Box 2 signified connection. The start of my personal journey to find who Kate really was.

It was a box of full of diaries and customer details and feedback forms, and orders and recognition documents from my journey with Tupperware, my first true business success.

It was a reminder of what business success looked like because when I focused on my customers, listened to where they were at and what they were looking for I was able to understand their needs and only sell them what I knew they would use.

What I really loved though, was the feeling of being recognised and celebrated and for the first time in my life, my journey as TupperKate had allowed me to feel like I was a part of something.

It showed me what it was to be alive.

What it was to have identity outside being a wife, mother, and 9 to 5 employee.

It reminded me that when I listened to my intuition and connected with it, success, self-worth and contentment was achievable.

The diaries showed me that I was organised and that I totally rocked because I was juggling motherhood all the while keeping the family afloat financially.

The most significant realisation from the diaries was that I had carried mothers guilt.

You know what it’s like, that horrible feeling when you feel you’re letting your kids down because you’re distracted, you might be working and struggling to find time for them.

You see, I had structured time for everything, including my kids, and I thought that I hadn't.

The one person I hadn't honoured with my time, was me.

I remember at that time I felt lost and alone because I was doing everything for everyone else …. and that’s part of what led me to divorce.

But instead of getting lost in those feeling of lack, the tiredness I felt back then trying to juggle it all…

Yesterday as I burned those diaries, sales orders and recognition, I realised I had survived one of the hardest things anyone can go through.

I’d survived losing myself in what it was to take on the expectations and not listening to my intuition.

As a business coach, I see this in so many women I connect with, and I want to give you hope that life can be different.

Message of Hope

The universe works in mysterious ways and here’s where my message of hope is for you.

As I sat down to wait for the football grand final and watch my team Melbourne which hadn't won since 1964, that is never in my lifetime, we scrolled through movies that we could watch.

What appeared?

The movie that caught my eye was ‘The Secret, Dare to Dream’.

Have you seen it? If not, I recommend you do.

Now I’ve read the book ‘The Secret’ and so the story-based movie was exactly what I knew I needed.

A story of belief and hope.

A story about what you think, you attract.

It was great to immerse myself and dare to dream, dare to believe.

Here’s where, if you’re not a believer in the law of attraction, it gets really weird…..

I do my best thinking in the shower. The water flowing over me, relaxes me and my mind is just able to wonder.

After the day I had had, the cathartic experiences of cleansing and coming across The Secret, I felt that mediation, taking time out to really connect with my beliefs and my core was what was needed.

I knew that I had to sit in silence and connect with my spirits who are guiding me.

Universal Attraction

As I climbed into bed, I felt compelled to pull just one of my Angel Cards.

And the card I pulled is The Hermit. Archangel Raziel.

It spoke to my day.

“… you’d benefit from spending time alone, listening to your inner voice. ….. Be silent and experience the joy that comes from seeking the truth of your own heart.

“Sharing wisdom is part of your spiritual journey, especially right now.”

And so I felt that today I was led to share my story with you….

There is hope ….

You are guided …..

Tune in and listen to your inner being ….

Turn off the noise from the outside world and listen, truly discover who you are deep down…

Not the version of you that everyone tells you or expects you to be …

Tune into that little girl who had hope and joy and stars in her eyes ….

And remember how she danced and sang and laughed and loved

And learn how to see the world through her eyes again …

Learn how to speak through her truth ….

Learn how to love that authentic you ….

And then share that light and energy with you, your kids, your partner, your family and …..

Your audience who is waiting for you..

Because you have so so much to give and the world needs you to shine right now.
