FROM FEELING LIKE "I JUST COULDN'T BREATHE" TO REDEFINING LIFE ON MY OWN TERMS AND HELPING OTHERS TO DO THE SAME
Hey there, I’m Kate - a mother of five (two mine, three by love), partner, homesteader, entrepreneur, creative soul, recovering perfectionist, and a woman on a journey of coming home to herself.
For years, I felt like I couldn't breath, fearing judgement - stuck in 'have to cycles' ignoring my intuition. Everything looked great from the outside however that was a mask. Underneath that mask was anger and frustration as I grieved my lost childhood and tried to find my real purpose.
Like many women, I poured myself into motherhood and work, doing through societal expectation, disconnected from my true self. It left me feeling like I was living a lie, unfulfilled and underappreciated, all while carrying the weight of “doing it all.”
Something in me refused to settle.
Now, I’m blending the lessons from my life and business experience with the deep inner work of unlearning, healing, and aligning.
I’ve come to realize this work runs deeper than strategy. It’s about breaking invisible chains.
Letting go of outdated roles. And creating success on your own terms - in business and in life.
I’ve helped homesteading moms overcome the barriers that prevented them from creating digital businesses to bring freedom and fulfillment.
This is me, in real time, choosing wholeness over hustle, softness over shoulds, and inviting others to walk this path too.
